Designing and building a custom home is an enjoyable an exciting experience! This custom home questionnaire has been created to assist us in helping you achieve your dream of owning a new custom home. It also helps us get to know you a little better and understand how we can best be of assistance to you and your family. Please take a few minutes and complete this questionnaire. You do not have to answer every question and fill in every blank. However, the more information that is provided, the better prepared we will be to discuss your home further.
